REPROMAG

The Repromag project opened up completely new perspectives for the efficient and innovative production of rare earth magnets - a sustainable utilization of (critical) raw materials - while enabling a shift of paradigms due to the radically new application fields where complex shapes & structures, such as rare earth magnets, can be implemented.

Lithoz’s contribution to the Repromag project was the development and establishment of a lithographic printing process for manufacturing highly precise and accurate metal components with the same microstructure and performance profile as metal injection molded (MIM) parts.

This project received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement number 636881.

I AM PRI

I AM RRI investigates webs of innovation value chains in additive manufacturing (AM) and identifies openings for responsible research and innovation (RRI). The aim is to develop a complex network model of AM innovation chains and their associated processes, all of which are directed toward "Responsible, Research and Innovation" (RRI) at all levels.

This project received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement number 788361.

RHEFORM

The Rheform project aimed to replace the carcinogenic and toxic hydrazine in propulsion applications. It focused on developing less toxic hydrazine replacements (green propellants) and improving and testingtheir cold start capabilities.

Lithoz’s main role in the Rheform project was related to the development of 3D-printed monolithic structures for enabling the catalytic combustion of the green propellants.

This project received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement number640367.

TOMAX

The aim of the Tomax project was to unite industrial experts in the fields of software development, materials science (photopolymers and ceramics), high performance light-sources, system integration, life cycle analysis, and rewarding industrially relevant use cases.

Lithoz’s main contribution to this project was developing, for the first time, a lithographic AM process for fabricating fully dense silicon nitride ceramics with the same technical properties as traditionally manufactured silicon nitride parts.

This project received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement number 633192.
