Digital Surface Enhancement (DSE)

Digital Surface Enhancement is the newest addition to Lithoz's CeraFab Systems. The Digital Surface Enhancement (DSE) software feature optimises printed parts for better surface quality and reaches new heights in aesthetic requirements.

Beyond visual appeal, the on/off DSE software feature opens up new ways of improving overall product quality by enhancing surface integrity and reducing cracks across the entire part. The result is high-performance technical ceramic parts that are not only visually refined but also structurally superior.

Additionally, a key aspect of the DSE feature is its ability to control geometric accuracy through micro-adjustments, which, coupled with the contour offsets that increase or decrease the overall part thickness, significantly boosts dimensional fidelity.
